In an average 70 kg human, there are approximately 7 x 10^28 atoms, 2/3 of which are Hydrogen, 1/4 Oxygen, and 1/10 Carbon. Thus, there are an estimated 2.3 x 10^28 Protons and 1.8 x 10^28 Neutrons. To give you an idea of how large these numbers are, 7 x 10^28 = 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000! That's a lot of zeroes!
