The collection serves as a visceral transcript of emotional conflict. The work documents a mind caught in the friction between the heat of what was and the cold reality of what is now. The Palette: The deep crimsons represent the lingering life of the passion, while the heavy blacks and grays symbolize the finality and "void" of the heartbreak. The Movement: The scraped, horizontal textures mirror the repetitive, grinding nature of grief.
