Mochi Shiba

This is a watercolor painting of a black shiba inu stitting on a kagami mochi, which is a round shaped mochi piled up with a tangerine (orange) on the top. This is a traditional decoration (offering) that you would see over New Year's and it's supposed to be cut up and eaten after the New Year's.
