The Cobra pose, Bhjuagansa is a traditional pose for Sun Salutation. It mimics the position of a cobra about to strike. The benefits of this pose are many, it stretches chest and lungs, shoulders, and abdomen. This original fine art was created with watercolor and chinese ink. The artwork is created through a mediative process accentuating, breath, prescene and allowing "the lines to arrive."
