Íman Kotor Old Town Montenegro

Nestled in a secluded bay on the Adriatic coast, the Old Town of Kotor is one of the most well-preserved medieval towns in the Adriatic and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is characterized by its dramatic mountain backdrop and fortified city walls that extend high up the surrounding cliffs. The town is a labyrinth of winding streets and squares, featuring numerous medieval churches, cathedrals, and Venetian-era palaces, all protected by the imposing natural fortifications of the fjord-like bay.
