Speak Up 4 H.E.R (Healing, Empowerment, Restoration) is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to giving a voice to survivors of clergy abuse—whether spiritual, physical, sexual, verbal, or manipulative. We recognize that when abuse comes from a trusted spiritual leader, the pain runs deeper. Survivors often feel silenced, shamed, or abandoned by the very faith communities that should have protected them. We intend to break that silence, amplify survivor voices, and walk alongside them on their journey toward healing, empowerment, and restoration. OUR MISSION: To provide healing, empowerment, and restoration for survivors of clergy abuse by creating safe spaces, amplifying their stories, and equipping them with tools to reclaim their voice, dignity, and faith. OUR VISION: A world where survivors of clergy abuse are heard, believed, and supported—free from silence and empowered to walk in renewed strength, wholeness, and faith.
