Circle of Willis

Even as a young child Alexandra was attracted to the forms of Nature. Growing up in Europe Alex was exposed to and embraced many cultures, religions, and mythologies. As her studies abroad intensified so too did Alex’s interest in philosophy. In creating her art Alex draws from these influences just as she would draw paint from a palette, blending the elements smoothly into the final form. Born in Germany, Alexandra currently resides in Chicago with her companion Thomas and the predators Klaus, Lee Loo, and Fluff.
