Every painting I create begins with a feeling, a memory, or a quiet moment of inspiration. My hope is that each piece brings comfort, joy, peace, or encouragement to others. I paint just about anything, but when I paint angels, I feel a major connection to my parents and believe each brushstroke is a natural gift from beyond. When my mother became ill, I witnessed her seeing people that I could not see, but I knew without a doubt they were there as she was talking in the most tender and loving way to her mother and father and others whom had passed years before. I truly believe there were angels among us. Through Angel_Brushstrokes, I am excited to share my artwork on gifts, home decor, and keepsakes that allow others to bring these unique and meaningful items into their everyday lives. I work primarily in acrylics, creating art inspired by nature, wildlife, faith and life's moments. Many of my paintings carry personal stories and emotions, making each one a reflection of my journey as both an artist and a person.
