It all started when... ...I finally had the time to devote my attention full time to designing. You see, I had always been an artist, but the naysayers convinced me that its difficult to make a living as an artist. Instead I chose the conventional route. Flash forward 40 years. My itch to design finally can be scratched. As a self-taught (with the help of Lynda.com) graphic designer and photographer, the road to success is steep. My first designs were horrible, and for this baby boomer, there was much to learn about using Illustrator, Photoshop, creating a website in addition to the art of design.
