I started baking when I was younger, but I began making fondant and gumpaste decorations about 3 years ago. I make these desserts out of my home, in my tiny 4'x8' kitchen. Barbie has a bigger kitchen than I do. I'm the staff,creative director, sales department, and unfortunately... the clean-up crew! As of 4/20/08, I officially changed the name of my little business to "Hey There, Cupcake!" Short and sweet.
