Maria has been publishing photos and winning photography competitions for decades. Her professional interests range from photographing gardens and flowers to capturing scenes with marine themes and catching dogs and cats at their best. Before the 2008 financial crisis, Maria was selling as many as 1,000 greeting cards a month at Los Angeles area Whole Foods Market stores.
