What began as a way to spend more time with my son, get fit and earn a little grocery money, has become lifelong journey for knowledge, community and respect. Refs Need Love Too started as a fun way to connect with fellow lovers of Soccer (Proper Football) and other Referees around the world. It has now become a platform for change. Through humor, analysis and education, we are slowly changing how people view referees and officials in all sports. We are human and we feel. We care and have a love for the game as much as any player or coach.
