Welcome to Resistance Swag! I am a former congressional staffer and government relations professional with two chronic illnesses. My body is a total wreck from Lupus and severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. A promising career ended as soon as it started. The US Healthcare System sucks the life out of you, including your financial wellbeing, especially for those medical needs that are chronic and/or catastrophic. Yes, it has come to this: Do I start a go fund me, or do I find a way that I can passively earn a bit extra cash to fill the ever widening gap? I opted to multitask, as is my proclivity.
